Who We Are

The Paterson Fire Fighters Hockey Club, Incorporated is a voluntary, New Jersey non-profit Corporation comprised of Fire Fighters, Police Officers and EMS members, who donate their time and efforts to raise funds to support the team's expenses and the organizations it helps support. Paterson Fire Fighters Hockey Club, Inc. is not affiliated with any other organizations.

The team has competed in a Summer House League in Sport-O-Rama Arena located in Monsey, NY, Floyd Hall Arena on the campus of Montclair University in Montclair, NJ, South Mountain Arena in West Orange, NJ. PFD Hockey is a Charter Member of the PSHL, Public Safety Hockey League, which was organized in 1998.

Paterson Firefighters Hockey Club also competes with other Police and Fire teams for non benefit or benefit games. With the support of the fans and our supporters, events like the Annual Benefit Game help to let us make our annual contributions.

In the past, organizations such as the F.D.N.Y. Widow's & Children's Fund, The Fund for Dana Christmas, John A. Nicosia Scholarship Foundation, S*H*I*N*E Foundation of Paterson, The Candle Lighters, MDA, "fifteen" together Program, Saint Barnabas Burn Foundation, Colin O'Keefe Assistance Fund, Danielle Cossari Fund, Jimmy Heffernan Fund, Frank Malzone Fund and others have received donations from PFD Hockey.
